I have been looking for someone else to to this! Thanks for sharing! I'm waiting for my Lone Wolf parts to come in, myself (and growing more impatient by the minute). I'm going to attempt to leave a tail so the bottom is flat with no protruding mag plate. But, alas. I can't even get stared until my parts (and magazine catch) show up. Did you find a 17 slide? These things have shot Glock parts through the roof but I managed to get a complete.40 slide for under $300 on gunbroker. Not too late to switch calibers...

do either of you know where to get the lower internal kit? or do you have to buy each individual part that goes in the frame by its self?
i was thinking this would be a fun project to do buy just ordering a few parts a month

I just got the g17 lower parts kit from Rainier Arms cheapest I have found them and in stock and had it within 3 days fast delivery awesome service.
$79 shipped I do believe you have to add a trigger to it and they have them super cheap also

Rainier Arms has the lower parts kit I just checked they are out of the ones that come with the trigger you can find a trigger somewhere else and it is 57.95.
If you go to their site it is pretty hard to find this kit go to Calguns Forum called polymer80 Spectre 80% pistol frame.
and on Post Number 640 you will find a link that will take you straight there I would post a link here but I don't have that technology LOL
