    Heckler and Koch P30/VP9 question

I'm familiar with the USP 9mm/45ACP models of Heckler and Koch. I know VP9 is striker fire and P30's decocker is near the hammer. Though I know little about these two pistols I mentioned.
    How are these pistols?

I have a P30 without a decocker. Not a very big fan of the trigger but I think its got the best grip out of any gun I have held IMO.

They're good. They're away at camp.

Internal: P30 look similar to USP compact or P2000.

External upper: P30 looks similar to P2000

External grip: P30 can be adjusted with changing backs traps and side panels.

Trigger: P30 reset a bit longer

Magazine: P30 magazines can be used in USPc and P2000. But not vice versa. P30 magazines are longer.

        In short, a P30 is just a P2000 with a "batman" grip.

They are similar guns, except for the trigger. The trigger on the VP9 is outstanding. Short take-up, and fairly crisp break. The reset is good, but not as good as a Glock. My one complaint about the VP9 is that the takedown lever protrudes too far off of the frame, which gets in the way of my thumbs forward grip. The VP9 is also a little snappy in recoil compared to a Glock 17 or 19, IMO.

The trigger on the P30 is horrible. The DA is smooth, but very long. The reset is a mile long, seemingly non-existent, and the SA is way too long. Not a big fan of any LEM triggers, either. Just way too long.

Both great guns. P30 will Nast forever. Vp9 has about the best trigger
