Are Gen4 glocks "hot items" in CA?

I'm moving to CA and I have been told by several people that Gen 4 Glocks are commanding stupid prices because they're not on the roster for sale in CA, so the only way to get them is PPT from people who move into the state. Is this true or bogus?

If that's the case I might just buy some new Gen 4's before I move and sell off my older ones when I get there. Planning on getting more anyways since I can get them at blue label prices.

Glock Gen 4s are hard to come by.
The MOS is a California Unicorn.

      938's, MOS Glocks, P320's.

Volume, not high ticket individual items like Legion Sigs or boutique 1911's.

He is coming from a place where p320's are $550, not $1000-1200.
The RX model should command a premium, like MOS Glocks, btw.

A stack of $50 Anderson lowers would be a good thing to get bored of too. Import fees from out of state being what they are, it's 1.5x return easy.

            I'm coming from Colorado.

That reminds me I have to order a caliber exchange kit for my P320 so it's not an AW. Mine is a compact suppressor ready model.

Right now the biggest pain I am dealing with is mailing my mags back to PA that are over 10rds. Got quite a few for a large variety of guns. Trying to find good deals on 10rd mags is pretty hard to do.

If people spent as more time trying to build 2 for 1 side hustles like this into a condo or a proper business, they wouldn't sweat the same problems year after year.

                  I'm all for getting ahead.
                  Ignore the hoops, build value.

You can double your money at the rate they're selling. People are willing to shell out big bucks for that frame and dual recoil spring.

No ones biting on my 41 in the classifieds. Which is good because I just needed to show my wife "that I tried" to sell it.

Yes they are more expensive here in ca, thx to democrats. I didn't even wanna pay 650 for them back in the sse days, much less 1000 dollars now, but some do. No that's not the only way to get then in ca.

I don't think you can get double for a Gen 4. Maybe 1.5x what you paid for easy.

                            Seriously?

                            What's with all the $1k G43's?

Instead of changing the barrel on your P320 you can grind down the mag release into a "bullet button" and replace it next year after you register it as an "assault weapon."
