    off list pistol

    ok school me guys. so the only way to buy a off list pistol is through ppt. can i purchased a used off list pistol online and have it shipped?

      You can only purchase off roster firearms if you are an LEO or via PPT. You cannot have off list firearms shipped to an FFL

          Do you have parents or children that live in another state?
          They can send you a gift if it is otherwise California legal.

              Nope.

              Face to face PPT at the same FFL at the same time.
              IF the seller is a CA resident, you could arrange to meet at the same FFL... keeping in mind that you will have to make two trips might mean that you offer to pay the seller a fair amount extra if you want to ask him to travel to your FFL.
