I believe they make the factory CZ mags.

Megcar 10rd 40sw SP-01 magazines will also feed 9mm as it uses the same magazine body which has the same feed lip opening dimensions. Legal to own since it holds the capacity of 10 for 40sw, but may be able to fit more 9mm at your discretion. The factory CZ 40sw magazines won't hold 9mm as it's the feed lip opening is wider.

I purchased MEC-GAR magazines form Greg Cote for my CZ SP-01 and have had no issues with them, or see any differences in performance.

They do also make the factory mags for CZ. But the Mec-Gar mags not supplied to CZ are a higher quality then the CZ branded mags. I have many of each and without a doubt the aftermarket Mec-Gars are better then the factory mags. Higher quality follower(it's blue in color), stronger springs, better finish on the mag body and better mag floor plates. And they are considerable less expensive.
