Well, a couple years ago, I paid about $400 (actually traded for a glock I paid $400 for) for an off-roster XDm 45 4.5" in similar condition as you describe yours.
You can use that as a reference, but I think I got an exceptional deal on that, so wouldn't expect you to let yours go for that low.

Sold a 4.5 inch in very good condition with 2 mags for around $700 a few months ago. I think that is a fair price, same as you might have found via SSE a couple of years ago.
