    Quick Noob question

I did an FFL transfer for my CZ SP01 and it just arrived today.

    I dros'd a rifle about 10 days ago.

Can I dros the handgun immediately without any issues?

Last time I bought a gun was a couple months ago.

Sorry for the question, but I'm still new to this!

    Thanks in advance!

i think you should be ok, you can only Dros one handgun every 30 days, otherwise I'm sure it would say firearm instead of Handgun

The 30 days rule only applied to handgun . You are good to go.

Also, be advised that the one handgun per month law does not apply to private party transfers. You can buy as many handguns you want from a private party, as well as off roster firearms.

Note this is the law in 2016 and into 2017.

Without specific knowledge of the future, the trend in CA is to make things more restrictive.
