    Cajun call

Got the call i have been waiting for . David called me at 9 am this morning. Gun on the bench . Simple discussion and a quick check to see if I want any changes to my work order. Went with the defensive carry package ,with a trigger upgrade also . Race hammer. 3 pm David calls me and I hear him racking the slide. Trigger is right at 3 lbs. He said its really sweet. It will be home Friday . Cant wait . CZ 75 B SA . Post pics when she is home . Sunburst black and grey G 10s . 8 weeks to completion. Awesome service in every aspect . If you are on the fence about them get off and go for it. Cajunized.

We know what he is saying. He is saying that David at CGW treats his customers well, and is great at setting up and modifying CZs.

I got the same call last week. I had the pro package done. My SA trigger pull is 2 pounds 13 ounces (6.5 lbs before). My double action is now 7 pounds, down from 13.5 lbs. I can now reach the DA trigger after the reach reduction. I also had the 10x bushing installed. I shot it last Sunday and was extremely happy with the results. One target at 10 yards had 50 shots with 40 of them forming a single hole a little smaller than a 50 cent piece with other 10 shots surrounding and touching that hole.

How did you shoot it, from bench? I wish I could hold it that steady

I shot sitting at the bench resting my two-handed grip on a shooting rest. I wanted to see what the gun was capable of. In more capable hands, I am sure that group could be even smaller. To me, the work done by Cajun Gun Works is well worth the money I spent. I also switched the grips to the CZ Custom thin aluminum grips with the grip tape inserts. It now feels almost like a 1911 in my hands.

Contemplating a defensive carry package myself

I find the PCR to be perfect as a carry gun. Saving up the scratch.
