XD TACTICAL NO MORE???

I went to Springfield armory website, and they are not showing any of the 5" Tactical anymore... Does this mean they are discontinued already? Link below is from their website.

I don't think the MOD2 is available or legal in CA. Not sure if it is.

Yeah I remember everyone saying the Springfield loaded was discontinued at the end of the year last year but it's still on the roster and being made.

Just called them, I guess they are not advertising them anymore since its for CA market now mainly. They said they will still manufacture the tactical mainly for CA buyers, and not sure for how long.

Buy them up if you see them. Springfield XD pistols are excellent handguns, including the Tactical 5" barrel versions.

I like the tacticals better than the service. I'd skip them if we could get xdms but we can't so Xd tactical it is.

OP, I just started DROS'ing my XD 45 Tactical (5 inch barrel) at my LGS this past weekend. I had it on a 90 day layaway from Budsguns.

If my memory is right, it is model ID " 9621 " specific for the California market.

I actually have one in .45 ACP, was just curious earlier when I looked at their website, it wasn't there.
