I did the same I previously had a MC Operator and TRP AK, but sold both because they became obsolete. I recently came across this SS TRP for a great deal and couldn't pass it up.

The finish on the Pro is so sexy, that has got to be an aftermarket finish...

That's a beautiful CQB. Yeah lets meet up someday, I'd love to shoot it and you could shoot the Pro then.

It's the factory finish, it's the older Black T finish though. It's different than the current Black T.

I am lucky enough to have Wilsons (5) and Pro (2). I have had the TRP and loved it also. All of them are fantastic shooting guns and each have their own "personality".

The Pros are carbon copies of each other and shoot the same no matter which one I grab. I can't tell them apart other than looking at the barrels or serial numbers. Each of the Wilsons are different, even my 2 Supergrades. Each feels different and even though they are similar models. Cant really explain why, just does.

All are fantastic pistols and should be for what we end up paying for them. Shoot in good health.

I always thought Black T was more matte, like the newer HRTs/Pros seems to not shine as well as yours.

No, the more matte finish began being applied around the same time SA switched to the in house barrels.
