Saw one of Rob's posts today that Cabot Guns bought Alchemy Custom Weaponry and made him the company's general manager. Rob will take a brief hiatus on custom work and when he resumes, it will be limited custom work.
Too bad as Cabot is too expensive (not sure if any model is on the roster) for most and Rob's work is excellent and not terribly expensive. I am glad I have a 1911 that he customized but that might mean it will be the only one.
