Picked up a G34 and the trigger is well... a glock trigger. This one feels particularly mushy as it is new. Sure I can live with it as I have with other glocks, it does get marginally better after 1000's of rounds... but as the g34 is essentially a comp gun I am contemplating doing some work on it.
I've researched the following:
-ghost connectors
-zev tech drop in / apex drop in / various other drop in
-the .25 cent trigger job
I would prefer not spending another 100-200 bucks on a drop in trigger but will consider it... thing is that I don't mind a 5-6 lb pull on this gun and overall, it's not gritty or anything. I just want a cleaner break if that makes sense.
I've heard on the interwebs that there is nothing to get rid of that mush so don't want to drop too much to gain little benefit. I've also heard horror stories of people messing up their guns with ghost connectors and going back to the stock setup. Don't want to waste time.
I don't expect a perfectly crisp break or anything but something approaching a Walther PPX (surprisingly great for a striker fire budget gun) would make me a happy customer.
Any help would be appreciated
