    Glock customer service?

I ordered some parts about three weeks ago from Glocks website to repair a few old magazines I have with broken followers and still haven't seen anything or gotten a response back from the three emails I've sent. Also tried to call +1-770-432-1202 which is listed as their customer service number and the number is saying it's not in service. (Also had an issue with my less than a year old Glock 26 with FTE) anyone know any other means of getting ahold of Glock? So far they have the worst customer service I've come across in the gun industry. Thanks in advance.

I just got off the phone with them, and I called that number you listed. Seems to be working fine, because I talked to them. Now I'm just hoping they send my followers to the correct address. I had to repeat my address to the guy.

I didn't even get put on hold, I got through to someone immediately. Then they transferred me to a technician, and he answered the phone right away also.

Glock obviously likes Californians and not Utes.

I've emailed them a couple of different times and they were quick to respond. They even sent out replacement parts at no cost (followers).

Try extension 6774 after dialing service number, it should go to a guy named Dan K, he's helped me out before with warranty work

I concur based on my personal experience over the past 5-6 years (I was an early Gen4 adopter). Good CS is a hot button for me.
I have hung up the phone unsatisfied with Glock more than any other manufacturer as well.

S&W, SA, CZ, Ruger, and ______(you fill in the blank)_______ are head and shoulders above Glock in Customer Support IMHO.
