I originally wanted a cz 75d PCR but I couldn't find one so I just bought a cz 75d. My question is does anyone know the difference between the PCR and non PCR versions? Both r compact.

From what I understand there isn't any difference when comparing the CZ 75D and the CZ 75 PCR. They both have alloy frames. The CZ 75 compact with a thumb safety has a steel frame. He who keepeth his mouth, keepeth his life. But he who opens wide his lips shall have destruction. Proverbs 13:3Comment

The cz 75d felt light to me but then again I'm used to shooting a full size steel frame gun. Their website has very little info on the cz 75d. I could o ly find specs on the cz 75d pcrComment

^^This. The roll mark on the slide is the only difference as far as i am aware.
On the newer CZs you can generally differentiate a steel frame from an aluminum frame by looking for the step in the frame right above the grip panels on the aluminum framed CZs. The steel framed CZs are flat with no step.
Here is a link to more into on the CZ75D (PCR) Compact rollmarks.
CZ 75 D or P01? Yes
A picture for reference. Top steel frame. Bottom alloy frame.
