Can anyone confirm this re: non-SF complete slide assembly on a SF frame?

I have a G20 SF and am looking at getting a complete G21 Slide so I can shoot 45 ACP. Will a non-SF G21 slide fit and work as it should or do I need a G21SF marked slide?

I'm leery of google answers so I'm asking the educated calgun community for their feedback.

Hi, I happen to see this, and just wanted to try to help.

Almost 99% sure it works!
I have never switched the slides, but they are the same. You should use the correct magazine though.

I'm 100% positive that it works as long as the G21 slide is Gen 3. The only difference between the SF and the non-SF models is the grip backstrap. Everything else is the same.

Perfect, thanks guys. I was pretty confident but didn't want to order one and then find out about some obscure thing. Yes I will order some CA compliant 10 round mags.

The slides are the same size. Only the grip size is different.

isnt the ejector slightly bent inward on the 20 it may rub on the slide of the 21

Just keep the Gen 3/4 slides sorted, otherwise the G21 slide will work fine.
