Dug out my old SW99 this morning to clean it and tinker around with it and noticed that the little staked plastic front sight is finally wobbling loose and the rear sight has some considerable wear on it. I am looking to replace these with something a bit more permanent, but am having issues finding something. Ideally, I'd just like steel contrast sights, but I doubt such a thing exists which leaves with the option of night sights. I know that Meprolight and Trijicon both make sights for the P99/PPQ, but I'm not sure if they will work on a SW99 as well. The SW99 is a S&W slide on a P99 frame.
Anyone have any experience with swapping sights on an SW99? I know the night sights generally replace the staked front with a screwed front.
