Placed an order with FM on 6/19 and still waiting for a shipping e mail....

Contact then via website tool. Check your order to see if it's still pending. If so, give them the order number and ask for the order to be processed.

I placed an order at roughly the same time and it sat in queue for more than a week. I messaged them via website and the order was processed immediately. There seemed to be some problem with the website on or about that time and messed up the ordering system.

Freedomammuntions has the worst CS I have run into in 30 years. Don't answer phone calls (4) or return messages, don't respond to emails (4). Their shipping times are completely unacceptable for "In Stock" items. Nothing in stock takes 15+ bushiness days to ship unless your shipping department in totally incompetent. 15 bushiness days = 3 weeks plus an additional week for UPS delivery. Waiting a MONTH to save maybe 5-10% is not worth it.

Placed an order back in June and it still shows "pending". Not an issues if they had if they had not charged my CC for the order back in June. Though their ammo has proven to be good quality I will never order from them again. I recommend NOT TO order from them. They are just using your money to produce other folks ammo and not shipping yours.

I will be disputing the CC this week as non delivery of paid for product. Good luck to those that want to use FA as an ammo source and be read to wait.

I know we're not all pro FB here, but on their FB page every thread they start is full of comments from customers asking about missing orders.

In my case, I've tried email, vm and holding over the past week without getting through and no response.

I called to do a chargeback and it got more interesting.
1) They never posted the charge they authorized so its still sitting out there, 4+ weeks later.

2) They set my order up as a service and a recurring charge so they can charge me whenever they want.

Maybe a website glitch as SigFan91 alludes to - but I found no "website tool" other than the emailer they don't respond to.

These guys are looking like a carbon copy of the Jack Ross Ammo meltdown. No CS, a few guys promoting them, some people getting orders, lots getting hosed...

Sad to hear. I've never had an issue with them or their reloads. Sure there is a slight delay when they offer free shipping, but that's to be expected.

Never a problem with the ammo in my semi-autos or delivery delays.
I usually order a minimum of 1K rounds when they have specials and free shipping.

I will be placing my next order at SG Ammo and see how that goes compared to FM.
