Does anyone have a ballpark idea of how long it takes Smith to get a new revolver CA approved and do they tend to get all their revolvers CA cert? At the risk of overly exciting any fellow 41 Mag enthusiasts out there, I got info from a usually reliable (but notorious consumer of vanilla extract) source that Smith is redoing their Model 58 in nickel and blue. Yes, it has the lousy lock but I can disguise that with a small grey plug.
