Got a question about the m92pap. If a m92 was purchased legally in California at a gun shop, and the owner was thinking about moving out of California but wanted to try selling his m92pap, what details must he pay attention too?
For instance one thing I already know is that the seller must go through and licensed FFL to sell it. Detailed questions include:
1. It was bought in single-shot form, must it be sold in single shot form?
2. It came with a welded muzzle lock nut, must it be sold with the muzzle lock nut still welded?
The gun itself has the paperwork from what store it was bought from, the amount, the date, and all that. And as I understand it the seller shouldn't have a problem selling it as is because hes allowed to alter the firearm once purchased as long as it falls under the guidelines of the law.
Any information pertaining to this question would be helpful.
Thanks much,
CF
