Definitely a P228. You can tell by the raised edge on the frame just above the trigger to accommodate the double stack mag and the rounded trigger guard to indicate it's not a P226 or P229.

It's a P228. I happen to know the guy that took that photo originally. ALl of his Sigs have Nills grips.

More Sig-nerdness here. If you look at the more detailed pics of the handgun on the net (Google breakfast in America and gun) - you can sort of tell the that the roll pin on the slide is on the 3rd to 4th serration. The West German 228 tend to have the roll pin on the 3rd to 4th serration, whereas, the P226 tends to be on the 5th serration.

Nerd alert - the Sig 228 has full serrations. My Sig p229 has 1/2 serrations.
