Of a Springfield TRP Full rail that is!! This will be my first 1911 ever. I am so excited! I was out at Bee Canyon about 2 months ago shooting with a few friends. When we were done a nice guy in the canyon next to us came by and started chatting with us. I saw his holstered 1911 and asked him what kind it was. When he told me it was a TRP my eyes lit up. He asked me if I wanted to shoot it. I about fell over with joy. Needless to say I fell in love. It was the best feeling and best shooting handgun I've ever fired. Fast forward to yesterday and I ordered the same gun from Alquist Arms. They will be shipping down to Temecula to one of the local gun shops for the required 10 day wait (lame.) So thank you to whoever let me shoot your TRP and your Benelli M4, that one is next on my list.

Congrats, Nice choice and I myself love 1911's also. Had Glocks, notice the "HAD" and could not of been any happier to get rid of them. I'm on a 1911 kick and from here on, no more plastic guns for me. Well unless its an H&K I may try those but that's it I tell you!

Congrats. My buddy went the same route for his first 1911 after shooting my Kimber. He can actually hit his target now lol. The checkering gets a little sharp after 100 rounds but it's doable.
