Question on what this browning is worth?

What would this 9mm browning worth was told to make an offer buddy selling it he is in need of cash dont really know what its worth dont want to low ball him to bad. Was his fathers gun dosent know round count or any info on it as his dad passed years ago. Thanks

500-650 is a good range for a used one. They are really nice guns, you should buy it and don't look back. I have two of them

The slide doesn't look like Browning, maybe Argentine FM. $500.

The supplied photos are small and lacking in enough resolution to read the slide and to clearly see any detail.

I'm no Hi-Power P35 FN, FEG, or Browning expert. The current Hi-Powers seem to have an additional "carry cut" or step at the forward end of the slide where the forward end of the frame's dustcover ends.

I also wouldn't know when the ringed hammers were (last) used.

Doing more internet photo research, the OP's supplied photos look like an "FM" copy, made in Argentina. New, these might sell for $525. If so, I'd drop the price down to $300 if it works or is reliable enough for the buyer.

Yeah, and it depends on what kind of a friend the seller is, but my first instinct would be to pay him Top Dollar and consider myself a caretaker until he can get it back.
