Threaded Grip Screw Question

I was swapping out the grips on my SP-01 when one of the screws threaded on one side. The grip is a little loose and can move slightly. Is there a way to fix this? Should I use a bigger screw? (Using aluminum grips on the gun atm)

Do you mean cross threaded? If so you might be able chase out the threads with the proper tap. If it's too mangled, and you can find a fine thead metric hex button head screW that fits inside the grip counter sink, tap in for that.
