Polymer80 Spectre Kit

I am interested in ordering this kit but wanted to see if it is doable without a drill press. I've seen some completed pictures on their Facebook page but I really want to see how reliable it is. anyone have any info to share about this Kit. Thanks

What concerns me is the rails are polymer, was worried about how reliable it'll be. Since it is all polymer it is probably easy to complete yet so easy to mess up.
