    kahr pm9

Went to pick up my pm9 today and took it to the range without cleaning it. I put 100 down range without a single malfunction. I did like the long trigger pull since my LCP has the same one. Only shot at 7 yards off hand and was really impressed with accuracy since it's so small and light. Almost same size as my LCP.

How would you compare the recoil to the lcp?

I like mine a lot. It takes practice to get used to but makes a great CCW option. Enjoy!

Congrats on one of the most under rated CCW guns out there, I love mine and the trigger is different but very smooth and crisp

The PM9 is very easy to shoot with that smooth trigger.

The only problem I ever had was when I put the recoil spring in backwards and a coil stuck out the front of the slide.

I don't know how I let that one slip by but I'll be sure not to do that again!

I went ahead and ordered an extra spring just to have on hand.

Overall 9mm in a pocket size gun is great.

The grip has cut squares on the front which can be hard on the hand.

I cut a piece of bicycle inner tube and slipped it on to the grip. Just needed a slight trim around the mag release. That's a good hack for PM9 owners.

I have mixed feeling with my PM9. I like its size and reliability. Ideal for CCW in 9mm. I do not like the price and I cannot shoot it accurately.

trigger takes some time to get used to.. took me a good 100 rounds to effectively shoot it.

^The LCP is snappy to me don't really enjoy shooting it but I'll never sell. The pm9 is very manageable even with 2 finger grip really enjoyed shooting 100 rounds today. I think it's the weight and because the grip is wider.
^I agree great ccw handgun. I was very accurate since I have experience with the LCP. The trigger is very smooth with a crisp brake. Hate the reset tho.

IIRC the trigger on the PM9 was designed to be like a DA pull on a S&W revolver. I have a PM9 and while its on my CCW, I don't carry it often. I just really really like my Colt Officers.

I have both the PM9 and LCP. The only reason I have the LCP is its size and reliability, everything else about it I hate. The PM9 is my favorite handgun besides my G21. It shoots so great for how small it is, a very versatile one to keep in the arsenal

The PM9 is incredibly accurate for such a diminutive gun. The match barrel truly is match quality. The trigger pull is like a revolver. So if you come from revolvers it'll feel familiar. If you come from other semi-autos, especially striker fired, the trigger might take some getting used to.
