I would think "elegant" a better way of describing that particular bobbed-grip, 4" 1911-pattern pistol. It is a ****ing work. of. art.

Yep, no problem. I'm glad I can share what Keith & Glen at Dan Wesson are capable of doing and what I've had done was rather mild. I'm sure they can do wilder & extreme mods which can found over at 1911 Forum.

Stupid question, this gun is super accurate out the box. How much difference does the reverse crown make for accuracy and is there any other benefit of the reverse crown besides accuracy?

I'm no expert, but from what I know, the real benefit of a crown is mainly to protect the rifling from a nick or gouge when the gun is dropped and hits the barrel face first. If there is a nick/gouge in the rifling can affect accuracy negatively as the bullet exits the barrel more gas exits through the nick/gouge and pushes the bullet in the opposite direction.

As far as improving accuracy, there is a gamble, you may either see no improvement, little improvement, or even a drop in accuracy. Otherwise, it's mainly a cosmetic modification. I rarely hear people who actually had this modification done speak negatively of it.
