    Im going to ditch the blade and go with one of those new Braces, probably the collapsing one for my MPX. Probably expensive though.

          ATF's ruling is against shouldering the gun not cheeking it. Unless something is illegal then it's legal.

                      Keep the atf letter handy. That's what I do with the shockwave blade on ar pistol.
