Someone just watched John Wick . It is an HK. Personally, I think they are over priced, but since you own and like several HK's, I'm guessing you know what you are getting. I shot one, only ~50 rounds, didn't think it was anything special.

I had one sold it....trigger reset to me sucked monkey scrotum. And the little trench in the trigger gaurd bothered my feminine trigger finger. Other than those two personal issues, good gun never a malfunction.

I'd get it, you can always sell it to me if you don't like it. I am looking for one.

I have one but it has the Gray's Trigger Work done to it to make it bearable. In stock form they are great guns with lousy triggers but that is just my opinion.

Of course, after you get it then you can send it to http://www.triggerwork.net/hk-usp%2c...9%2cmk-23.html

HK P30L is a robust weapon and perfect for HD and SHTF situation.

                  The trigger sucks.

The ergonomics are outstanding. DA is very smooth, better than a SIG, but the SA is too long, and the reset is too long as well. (Never fired an LEM; I do not care for that trigger system, either.)

Get a VP9, which has a good out-of-the-box trigger, the same ergonomics, and is cheaper, too. If you want an HK with a hammer, get the USP and a match trigger.

i have a usp 9 and 40, and yes i saw john wick when it came out in the theater, no bearing on getting a P30L now, my dad was thinking about getting me something and knows i like HK and thats what the counter guy recommended to him. i know very little about this pistol, i wasn't really looking at getting another gun at the moment. if i were to go out and buy something for myself i'd look for a FN 5.7 but if the P30l is free, why not?

Get the VP9 instead, all the same ergo and a great striker fire trigger.

If you really want a p30 get the P30sk LEM

Great gun. I have a P30 V3. Trigger queens don't like the long reset, doesn't bother me. I have slightly north of 1000 rounds through mine with zero issues, not 1 malfunction. Feels nice in the hand and very accurate and precise.

But if you are trigger conscious, get the VP9. Striker P30 with crispy trigger. So easy to shoot.

                          hk

I shot my friends p30L v1 lem the other day at the range . It was very accurate. The trigger was fine after a few shots you get the feel for it. Im not an hk guy i've shot usp 45 and a p2000 the p30L was better in my opinion .

I have a p30ls and I actually enjoy shooting it in double action. it is true about the reset in single action which is why I'm sending it to grayguns.

A lot of negative trigger comments. I'd like to know how many actually broke the gun in a bit. I've seen new pistols that were ridiculously stiff all around but loosened up nicely after 1K rounds or so.
