Can the fnx tactical be transfered to a CA resident under an intrafamilial transfer?

It can be modified to come in by family transfer BUT the mag size and threaded barrel that give the gun it's appeal are not allowed.

Ok, I take it the mag's need to be blocked also?

Yes but that can happen after it arrives at the FFL.

The barrel however needs to be removed before entering the state.
