Makarov availability?

Hey guys I have a couple of Mosins and would love to add a makarov to the collection. I saw one at my LGS couple months ago and I REGRET not getting it! How available are they? I see them online but have never purchase a firearm online.

I got my Russian Commercial Mak here a couple years ago.
They show up every so often.
I had to drive 90 miles to get it, but I wanted it (and am retired).

Have to be patient and keep your eye on the Marketplace.

You can put up a Want To Buy ad as well, esp. if you want a specific version.

You won't be able to order one online unless it is one of the models considered to be a C&R. None of them are on the roster anymore.

J&G has the Polish P-64 for $229. Not a Mak, but a nice ComBloc gun anyways. And, it's C&R.

Only the Russian Milsurps (going to cost you bucks if you can find one) and the East German (some bigger bucks too!) are C&Rs that can be shipped in from out of state. The none C&Rs will be the Bulgarian, Chinese and Russian commercial (Baikal). So those last three can only be bought within state via PPT. Keep your eyes out, I scored this Bulgarian from a fellow Calgunner a couple of years ago for a great price.
