Just curious if the value of the revolvers in the title are worth $1500 or more

I looked up the 1963 Alabama one a while back for a friend, ~$850 for one.

She then fired it in memory of her dad so some value probably dropped.

Commemorative gun values typically decline or stay the same even with age, other than accounting for inflation. Prices remain flat because they are a falsified collectability and market hype, and whoever buys them leaves them in the "Brand new unfired in the original presentation box" condition... forever. So usually, the same number that were originally produced are the same number that can be found in that condition even several decades later.

As far as determined value goes on commemorative guns, most often you can just take the original price paid if you know it, and account for inflation. You now know their value. Use these inflation calculators as a starting point:

You should get on gunbroker and see just how many Colt SAO .22LR commemorative edition pistols are actually out there.

The actual name of the place the pistol commemorates means nothing because that particular pistol (and the Winchester 94) are mass produced and probably have more commemorative editions than they do standard off the shelf units.

Due to the high volumes of these commemorative editions, I wouldn't pay any more than retail of a standard edition.

Edit: Add the Thompson 1927A1 to the list as well. I once made the foolish decision to buy a Korean War Commemorative Edition Thompson 1927A1. IIRC, I paid $1600 for this wall hanger in a glass case and I thought it was something special, til one day I got on broker and saw no less than two dozen of them for sale commemorating different things; some of them selling for half the price of a regular plain jane Tommy gun.
