Does anyone know if the XD9 in tactical form 5" barrel is still being produced? And their availability?

Still on the roster. Probably not produced in the numbers that the 4" service models are though so may be harder to find. May have to just order one and wait.

No longer on their website. Mod 2 is what they have listed.

Yes it is. I see them in the shops all the time. If you do not see one in your LGS, dish out an extra $50 or so and order on line. There are tons of them available on line.

Yes they are still being produced. XD9401 (9mm) and the XD9402 (40SW) are now CA only models. Springfield will and still makes them but not in the quantities as before. I spoke to Springfield last week about this exact issue.

There was a thread a couple months ago asking the same thing. It's still on the site but not easily found. Regardless it's still being made and available.
