It is not but it is recognized in many many other states and is very useful when traveling

That is correct
He was asking how long until they cash his check though not how long until he gets the card.

60 days are up for mine next week though

Sent mine app on Dec 1st, credit card charged on Dec 18th and waiting patiently for my CCW

Oh and yesterday was day 60 from the time they charged my card for either my gf's or mine (they posted a week separate from each other) so it looks like they are runnin past the 60 day deadline

I mailed my check and packet on 10/18 and
Utah BCI cashed my check on 10/28.

I initially received my Utah CCW on 12/24/08
but they made a error when they entered my address.

A call to Utah BCI on 12/24/08 with Brittany at BCI,
resolved their key entry error and a replacement
Utah CCW was sent-out, and I received it on 01-05-09.

A Utah CCW is good in 29 States, but not in California.
