can someone help find me out what font is the "10-8"

Scanned my Microsoft Word fonts, closest I found was the "Stencil" font.
Not quite, but close.

Other fonts had the thinned zero, but the 1 was sharper edged.

I would agree with Gary that it looks like a variation of the Stencil font (taller and some other slight differences).

It's not stencil. Stencil has cuts at the top and bottom of the numbers, that grip does not.

I have HUNDREDS of fonts, I'll put it into PS and run some tests.

I guess it depends on what you are looking at. The grips don't have the breaks/cuts but the frame does. The 10-8 logo appears to have slight cuts that are not sharply defined as are the borders of the fonts (likely on purpose to look like a military-like, painted stencil):
