Cutting a Glock barrel length

Has anyone ever had there Glock or any barrel cut and crowned? I have a extra Glock 19 barrel from s3f solution and put it in my g26. I contacted Kentucky gun conand they said it shouldn't be a problem and it would be $60. Has anyone done this is to Glock and basically would it have an impact while shooting he gun?

Is the geometry different between models?

Otherwise a cut/crown job would do it.

It is different between the g17/34 and the g19/26.

I assumed that the 19 cut and crowned would work in the 26 since people have put the 19 barrel in the 26 and shot them

go get a g34 barrel and do the same. it doesnt matter

yeah its a waste but if OP wants that barrel in that slide then why not.
That barrel wont give him any better accuracy over the factory barrel because its only a drop in.

Is it possibly a lead-safe barrel that he doesn't want to use in the larger gun? That would make sense. Cheaper than buying another one for the 26...
