    CCW Firearms

After reading a few posts tonight it got me thinking... Both my wife and I have CCW's. I purchased two handguns and she purchased one (years ago). We both have all three firearms listed on our permits just in case. Is there an issue with me having her Glock on my CCW since she purchased it? (and vice versa) We do occasionally carry each others firearm also.

    Thanks in advance

Nope, none what so ever. especially since you are married. Both are legally owned by both of you as long as you are both legally able to own handguns. I assume since you stated that you both have current CCW's the second sentence is true for you both.

X2 ..... No issues at all. If there were any they would have surfaced when you listed them on the ccw application.

Many agencies require that the weapon be registered to you in order to have it on the permit.

Any problems would have popped up before the CCW was issued. Apparently your agency has no issues with it.

No. Civilians need CCW's to carry. LEO's carry in accordance to the penal code as peace officers.

In California? No, only our legislative leaders. They need them to be safe from all the gun nuts.
