RifleGear has some in stock on their website. they have the Stainless and Parkerized.

Turners usually have them in warehouse stock. Not on display, you have to ask. Usually warehouse stock gets claimed before they can put them out.

Oh Geez, Here we go again. No. NO. There is no shortage of loaded SA. Where are you?
In SO CAL? Turners had them on sale and was stocked to the ceiling with them. Those are some of the most common Cali legal guns. If you are in a town of 350 people, just buy it off Gun Broker.

Or, Google SA Loaded for sale. A gillion and a half places will show up unless if the super ninjas dropped their Glock 19s and are going for SA Loaded now.

FWIW, it is a very good 1911 at its price point. The only alteration I made to mine was to dump the silly FLGR for a USGI setup. Very reliable and all the 1911 most people would ever need without spending $1500 or more.

My thread was not intended to say there is a shortage I just noticed that when I looked online at some well known stores they were out stock and have been for a while. I thought someone may have heard something I did not.

I was thinking maybe they had either stopped making them or ran out of supply since they had their promotion last year.

I never intended to start some "the sky is falling" attitude. I was also talking about the parkerized finish versions specifically.

If you'e referring to the 9MM. they're out of production; replaced by the Range Officer in 9MM (not on roster).
