So I find this is a fairly common issue. Several fixes are mentioned online along with "Send it back for rework". Replace the titanium FP with a steel one. Lighter FP spring. Trigger adjustment (I don't see how this significantly does anything).
What I found on my piece is the firing pin tends to bind. So I polished the FP guideway and the FP lugs using a Dremel tool some cleaning patches and lapping compound.
A small pin to wrap a cleaning patch and a gob of polishing compound into the guideway for ~ 2 minutes at 30,000 rpm. This was tricky as there is not a stright shot into the guideway so I used a 3" long stiff wire "pin" (made from spring steel) and angled it a bit. FP mounted into Dremel and hand holding a couple cleaning patches drenched in lapping compound also for ~2 minutes.
Just to get some extra margin I cut 1 1/2 coils of the FP spring as well.
I had a rate of light strikes of ~ 1 out of 50 rounds. After the 'Bubba' I'm 300 rounds in with no issues. I'm calling it good.
I'm not suggesting this is a guaranteed fix for one and all but it seems to have done the trick for me. Just thought I'd share!
