Op. What's your location. I know a guy in OC that stipples for a reasonable price.
I'd stipple if you are committed.
I use skate tape on my slide for press check and on the back of my iPhone.

I'm in the IE, so relatively close. I'm not too committed on stippling just yet, but I know it will be done in the future. Who is this though? Just for future reference.

Rubber adds slightly more girth than the sandpaper texture, but more comfortable. I sanded off some of the granulated texture because it was eating up my soft delicate hands. Now it's comfy.

On my G22, I started out with the Pachmayr Tactical grips. Very comfortable to shoot with, but they slip and add girth to the grip. Went to the Hogue Handall next. No slippage and thinner, but the palm swell adds girth as well. I just ordered the Talon Rubber Grip Tape and think it will solve my problem.

Go to a bicycle shop, get an old blown innertube from their trash, cut a 3 1/2" section and stretch it over the grip. It's tacky, thin, cheap, and works as well as the rubber talon grips with the advantage that the glue wont weaken and peel off.

Watch youtube, buy a wood burning kit at Michael's, take out your dremel and stipple your own glock..... all the aftermarket wraparound grips I've seen and used are bunk

Does anybody know of anyone who can actually add material to a Glock frame? I just qualified with my Gen 3 19 and had the lovely slide bite that wasn't present when dry-firing or test firing it at the range. Not an exact fan of the grip stops that the GLock store sells so I thought I'd ask,

He'll stipple your grip for free in his classes. Just bring a soldering iron.

Looks more like he whittles a bit with a carving knife too lol

No name ebay grip tape kit for my Glocks.
Talon for the PM9 to add a bit of girth.
After being in my pocket holster all day the Talon started to lift at the seam.
Super Glue fixed that. Love it .

You applied super glue to your polymer frame?

Next time, may I suggest, try contact cement or Goop. It will come off easier when cleaning off the glue.

Dang, guess I've just been lucky. All of my Glock grips are stock...and I've never dropped one.
