1911 Triangle rear sight

A friend of mine has a 1911 A1 "National Match" Colt pistol with a "Triangle" brand rear adjustable sight. He is missing the elevation screw and is looking for a replacement. From what he tells me it is military pistol that was accurized by a military armorer. The sight is an aftermarket sight. If anyone has any information shoot me an email. I will try to post a pic soon.
