AR Pistol Kit - Magpul

Can anyone point me to a vendor that sells a complete AR pistol kit (minus the lower) that includes Magpul furniture (grip and forend handguard)?

No such thing that I've ever seen. Just get yourself a lower parts kit with Magpul grips and buy the handguard separately.

I see em every once in a while in my local shops up here in Nor-Cal you'll stumble upon one eventually but it's a tricky subject, a lot of FFL's don't want to have to pay that close attention to CA law to ensure they remain legally sound so they don't sell them. If you intend to build your own look into it very closely you cannot convert a rifle into a pistol legally and it involves SSE build requirements and all kinds of other nonsense.

Ar Pistol Kit? Not sure if you're dead set on Magpul, but if you're building an AR Pistol (upper) there are tons of choices out there as far as handguards and angled grips are concerned.

I think he means something like this, only with a Magpul hand guard and grip. Yeah, you can just buy a kit like that, and then also buy the Magpul parts. But then you end up with a bunch of spare hand guards and grips (like me).

Yes, thanks for the clarification MudCamper. I've finished my lower, never been built into any configuration, looking for a pistol kit. Since I ultimately want the Magpul forend and grip, I was wondering if anybody offered the complete kit that way. Just to save money vs buying it all piecemeal or buying a kit and then the extra parts I wanted.

I did check the vendors, sales, and deals sections, before and again now. Didn't see any vendors selling complete kits that included Magpul hardware.

Thanks for the links. Visited all three of those site, and a couple others, before posting. Couldn't find any complete pistol kits that included Magpul hardware. I e-mailed a couple of them about selling a complete kit that had the hardware I wanted instead of what was included. Got mixed to no response. I did see that one link at Ground Zero that has NO included forend though. That's closer.

There may just be no vendor selling what I was looking for, a complete kit with magpul furniture included. Had hoped if there was one somebody here might know..
