SW N Frame Rear Sight

I've got a SW Model 57 which was tapped for a red dot sight. I want to convert it back to the standard sights, but I'm missing some parts, as you can see in the picture. I've got a .146 rear sight blade kit but I also need the piece the blade kit attaches to. What would that be called?

No idea what the part is called, but have you considered calling SW??

Thanks, that's a pretty sweet site. Looks like I need part 19A. Finally I'll be able to shoot it again without looking like total retard (and not hitting anything).
