    Glock 40 Gen4 MOS

Does anyone actually shoot this thing? I have one and haven't shot it yet, but it is heavy, long and bulky.

I bought it because I always wanted a 10mm pistol, but this is not the one I need I guess. Since it is the MOS model, it is made for a competition I assume. But, does anyone really shoot this model for a competition? I love my Glock 34 anyways.

Have not shot mine yet - we need to get them out to the range And I think it is made more for hunting than competiton. I hope to take mine hog hunting. There is some very interesting 10mm ammo out there too, everything from lightening fast 90 grain to 230grain hardcast.

Interested in how that Burris Fastfire 3 will hold up to the recoil of the 10mm.

Supposedly the FF3 is built like a tank - hopefully that proves to be the case.

FF2 holds zero pretty good. FF3 must do the same

I have FF3 on my Glock 34 Gen4. Haven't shot it yet. I am planning to do some work on my Gen3 G34 and mount the FF3 also. My Gen3 G34 is a good shooter.

I may have to try it.

Why don't you try shooting it before you decide you hate it? It is made for hunting. It kind of sounds like you barely researched it before you bought it.
Settle down, folks. The new "ghost gun" regulations probably don't do what you think they do.

I'd kill to have one for hunting/wilderness camping/backpacking. I've only come across one or two in the marketplace and they were way out of my price range at the time. Now I've got more expendable income but can't find one. OP (or anyone else), PM me if you ever want to sell!

Definitely shoot the dang thing before you decide to keep or sell it.

I've shot mine with a Burris Fastfire 3, very impressed with low recoil and excellent accuracy. I've had no trouble with the optic so far.

The G40 Gen4 in the MOS Configuration is chambered in 10mm and combines a full 6-inch barrel for an improved velocity and meets 6 inch brl requirement mandated by some states, with a magazine capacity of 15 rounds. The G40 Gen4 in MOS configuration is a powerful yet easily carried pistol; perfect for the outdoorsperson, hunter and sport shooter. It is designed to give the handgun hunter the ultimate choice in semi-automatic gaming pistol and has proven to be more than capable of taking down game such as Whitetail Deer, Russian Boar and even Feral Hogs.
