Zipper Back Sig Mags

I thought they were all the same mags, however... Is the tighter pattern mag the zipper back SigSauer magazine? If so, what do you call the other one?

I've not seen that (smaller) before on a Sig or MecGar (OEM) magazine. Does the magazine have a Sig factory stamp, or some other markings on it?

I believe the other mag pattern is called a dove tail.

They both look slightly different than my pre-ban Sig mags.

They're from my WGerman p220s. The zippers were with the older 87 one.
