I'm in search for a glock 19 gen 3, since gen 4 isn't on the roster. I just see that all glocks on the roster don't have the sku # which means I just buy any glock 19 gen 3 I want as long as the mags are 10rds? Can I even buy those with 15 round mag, but only transfer the gun without the mag?

PPT are exempt from the roster. So you can buy any G19, even Gen 4. SKU # only counts for an FFL selling new GLOCKS to customers out of his Store. His sales must be on the roster.

All magazines must be 10 rounds. You won't find any 15 round mags offered with guns sold in California.

Not all gen3 Glock 19's are on the roster.

Standard black and OD is but FDE and USA made is not.

If it doesn't say USA on the slide then you should be good on a standard black and OD Glock 19.

Some places will sell the G19 and hold the standard capacity mags, they won't lower the price though. I'm not 100% sure but I think AIM surplus might be one.

Depending on where your at the G19 will pop up in store. The lowest in store price that I know of is $499.

Yes.

I asked an FFL seller on Gunbroker if he would exchange the high-cap mags for 10 rounders, and he said yes, but I didn't win the auction. The guns was not a 19. I see no reason why a seller wouldn't send a gun without magazines since they can sell those 2 mags for at least another $50.

Be patient. Everyone is panicing right now because they are out of stock most everywhere. They will come back in due time. I'm sure there are thousands on a shipping container somewhere in an American dock. Or on a plane. I don't know how Glocks are shipped here from Austria.

Got mine from turners. They were out of stock so I went on a waiting list. Took about three weeks but I was no hurry whatsoever.
