I tried Hk45 and was not happy with it. Plus it did not like my duty ammo. HST 230+P. Anyone has experience with PPQ45?

I put about 30 rounds through one at shot show media day. Nothing extensive, but enough to know that I like the gun. It isn't much larger than the standard PPQ and if you have large hands it is really comfortable. The trigger was slightly gritty compared to my PPQ but I think the guy said it already had a couple thousands rounds through it that day. Good reset, good ergos. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of M1 style mag release. I was told they hadn't planned on doing one, but they response they got at shot show was very positive on offering an M1 style release as well.I'm a big old, bourbon-soaked cigar-huffing ***, as God in his infinite wisdom meant me to be. - Charlie Sheen.Comment

Perfect, it doesn't like your duty ammo? That's your story, STICK TO IT! Now you can sell it for HUGE $$$ into the PPT market since you are obviously one of the "privileged few" exempt from the roster.

????? No , I never tried PPQ45 its the HK45 would not work well with 230+P. My USP works perfect with everything but the trigger sucks.Last edited by ap3572001; 02-09-2016, 10:48 AM.Comment
