Stopped in at a local gun shop in CO Springs. They happened to have a Springfield XD Mod 2 sub compact in .45 acp in stock. I only last week updated my drivers license info at the CO DMV...well apparently the temporary DMV printout along with my voided CA license is acceptable to purchase a firearm in CO...so, background check took all of 5 minutes and out I walked out the door with my new purchase:

Aesthetically not my favorite to have "grip zone" on the grip. However, it is very comfortable to hold...but to answer your question, definitely not liberal safe. It also came with one of those evil 13 round magazines.

Definitely have plans on a SBR and a supressor...from I have heard the El Paso County sheriff is 2a and NFA friendly.

I feel pretty free in California. Free to own my pre 2000 standard cap mags. Free to go to the beach. Free to go skiing. Free to walk around in a muscle shirt in the middle of winter. Oh ye and free from crippling snowstorms.
We just better put a stop to the 2016 bs legislation against practically all semi auto rifles etc.
