      .
I expected to see a thread about polymer pistols... but when I opened it and saw the pic I muttered, "you mother****er". I *love* my 1911s. And I love yours.

I only have two; an SA Loaded parkerized and a Kimber Ultra CDP II...

Earlier today I asked myself THE SAME QUESTION when I saw an 18" Ruger Scout (the barrel I originally wanted) but there's a blued 16.5" in my safe...

Do I really need another? My answer is yes. Why? Because in the words of the inimitable Clint Smith, "two is one, and one is none". lwlz.

Congrats! I dig your style, sir.

          Ammo...

But another won't hurt. Don't want the girls getting lonely in the safe.

Three is an odd number, no bueno. It's a fact, you need to even that out.

You want to know something weird?

I moved out of California and my gun buying slowed down considerably. I mean yeah I got the class III stuff and non CA roster things but I stopped hoarding stuff I didn't need because the "it might be illegal soon" mentally faded.

To the OP, personally I would sell all of those 1911s and save up for one really nice semi-custom.

Those are just the 45s. Raceguns, 9mm, 40 and 38 Sups are not included. LOL

Handled a Nighthawk before, but could not justify the cost. For what I do, these guys are just as accurate and I don't feel bad when they get scratched. Don't get me wrong though, a Wilson Combat is still in the cards... one of these days!
