    ISO- CZ P-01 sights

I have a set of CGW's EZ-40 sights on my SP01 and love them, but the rear is rather large IMO for a carry gun and extends past the back of the slide just a hair. Not a problem with a comp hammer, however I don't plan on swapping much out on the P-01 due to carry.

Anyone have any experience with a Heinie Slant Pro rear on the P-01( non- SDP that comes stock with this sight)? Input would be appreciated!

I think they look great on a CZ. CZ Custom uses them on their Compact SPD (P-01). So there are plenty out there. I may have one of my slides reprofiled for Heinie Slant Pro sights down the line. For now i have no personal experience with them. I am interested to hear others input on them as well.

    Reference pics.

Good coverage on them here as well.

I wonder how much different the cuts are for the slant pro. That rear sight just looks like it fits the slide really well. I'm going to try to get an answer from Heinie on Monday. They have a pretty small window for their contact hours.

I've seen the Htac sight, it's nice but not quite the same as the slant pro. Also, I'll be running a fiber optic front site, and a blacked out blade for the rear. There is a slant pro option without the tritium insert.

I believe the HSP is like a Novak sight cut where material needs to be removed from the top of the slide behind the sight. Not 100% on this.

I might give CZ Custom a call they have installed the HSP on allot of P-01 slides.

The slant looks like it would be hard to do a one handed slide racking off the belt.
