    Adjustable rear sight for XDS?

Ive googled to no avail. Wondering if any of you are aware of any manufacturer that sells an Adjustable rear sight for the XDS.

    Thanks in advance!

    Go here

They have a mount you can put on it that you can then install an adjustable sight or red dot.

I know it's your gun and you can do whatever you want with it. I'm curious to know why would you want to put adjustable sights on a compact handgun?

Great question - I've consistently shot low and left. Mentioned by others on forums such as this: http://www.xdtalk.com/threads/new-xd...d-left.223058/

While I understand "it's the shooter" would be the first thought in many minds - I can use the same trigger pull mechanics on my other striker fired pistols and achieve more accurate results.

That said, this is the only 3.3" barreled 45ACP I own, so I have nothing else in my collection to compare it to - in terms of barrel length. I've handed it over to a various shooting buddies and they are also far off target.

If I could find a rear sight with AT LEAST elevation adjustment, I can get by w/ left/right adjustment within the dovetail.

Last, it's not a carry or CCW gun for me - though it is a sub-compact that I love to take to the range and shoot. That little puppy barks for sure!

Thanks I'll give it a look.

Something like Dawson's would be great if they exist..

I suppose I could try different heighted front and rear fixed sights to compensate for that.... Hmmm hadn't thought of that but wouldn't want to be swapping sights in and out continuously just to figure out what lines up...
